These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "User," or "you") and Lambert Global LLC, a Florida limited liability company headquartered in Miami, Florida ("Lambert Global," "Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing our website at lambertgloballlc.com or engaging any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Lambert Global LLC provides authorized user tradeline placement services, business tradeline solutions, tradeline consultation services, and AI-powered phone communication services. All services are described factually. Lambert Global makes no representation, prediction, or guarantee regarding the outcome, result, or effect of any service on any credit file, credit score, approval decision, funding access, or financial result for any individual or business entity.

2. NO CREDIT REPAIR SERVICES

Lambert Global LLC is NOT a credit repair organization as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq. We do not dispute, remove, or modify information contained in any consumer or business credit report. We do not act on your behalf with any credit bureau, creditor, or reporting agency. Nothing in our services constitutes credit repair.

3. NO OUTCOME PROMISES OR GUARANTEES

Lambert Global LLC does not claim, predict, promise, or guarantee that any tradeline service will increase or improve any personal or business credit score, change any credit bureau reporting or data, improve loan approval odds or lender decisions, secure funding, financing, or credit access of any kind, or deliver any specific financial result or benefit. Results vary by individual and are never guaranteed.

4. RESULTS DISCLOSURE

Any testimonials, reviews, ratings, or descriptions of outcomes reflected on this website represent the experiences of individual clients and are not typical. Individual results from tradeline services vary significantly based on existing credit history, the presence of derogatory items, bureau reporting timelines, and lender-specific criteria entirely outside Lambert Global LLC's control. Lambert Global LLC does not guarantee that you will achieve any specific result from the use of its services. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a promise, projection, or guarantee of any credit, financial, or business outcome.

5. NO OUTCOME PROMISES

Lambert Global LLC does not claim, predict, promise, or guarantee that any tradeline service — personal or business — will improve any credit score, increase approval odds, secure financing, influence any lender or creditor decision, or deliver any financial outcome whatsoever. All services are described factually. "No Outcome Promises" is a foundational commitment of Lambert Global LLC and applies to every service we offer.

6. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident or registered business entity in the United States to use our services.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

All service fees are due as agreed upon at the time of purchase or as set forth in your service agreement. Fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated, except as required by applicable law.

8. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use Lambert Global's services for any unlawful purpose, including:

• Providing false or fraudulent information
• Using tradeline services to deceive any lender or creditor
• Attempting to circumvent any applicable law or regulation
• Reselling services without written authorization

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lambert Global LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Lambert Global's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida.
